Everyone who ever uses any site can be tracked, and often are tracked, by their ip address. This is even more obvious on this site, since those who do not yet have user names are known by their ip addresses. Getting back to your question, those ip addresses can be tracked to specific computers, and specific homeowners, etc. So, yeah, when you download anything or even browse the internet, your internet id (ip addy) is known to them for future reference, should they ever need it.
Yes, because it's illegal.
no. if adults cant do it without getting in trouble, then little kids cant either
A p2p server is not illegal, which is what limewire is.Limewire has numerous things you can download, not just music. Downloading and sharing copywriiten music is illegal, however limewire is not neccessarily meant for that, although its obviously what it is used for. It's kind of like this, its not illegal to have a camera, and its not illegal to have naked children in your house,(if their your own), but if you video tape your kids naked and sell it, then its illegal (child pornography). I know that's a bad example but its all I can think of for now. Limewire itself is not illegal, however, its up to you to decide if your going to commit illegal acts with the software.
Well no it's illegal if the host gets caught they r gonna be in big trouble
Cigarettes are already illegal for kids
If you are familiar with Itunes, its safe in ways that parents can closely monitor what their child gets but its also LEGAL! You have to pay for the songs, however don't go to websites that offer free downloads because that leads to viruses and often times illegal downloading that could cost them later.
It does not matter if someone does not know that a certain act is illegal or not. Ignorance of the law is not an adequate defense when you get caught. Besides, it seems unlikely that someone would illegally download a song without knowing it was illegal to do so. Terms of Service notices are usually clear on the issue. Copyright law is also very clear. And kids these day are very computer savvy, and it seems unlikely that they would not know that downloading songs might be illegal. Even if someone gets caught and claims they did not see any notice to the effect that downloading songs might be illegal, it is highly probable, in this high tech society, that it can be proved that the accused actually did browse to the page that said it was illegal - servers keep very, very good records of their transactions.
It is not illegal for a man to talk with kids. It may be illegal if he used foul language and sexual content in talking with them.
Kids are wonderful and adorable, but when the get to the age of 2, they seem to be getting into trouble allot!
Yes moral in youth may be declining because the hospitals aid in presenting those who do illegal things with babies who were not wanted. Nurses snatch babies from hospitals, home mothers, and wherever else to push them into illegal circles which bring up the babies in drugged up ways. Because of this there is a constant breed of pornographs and street kids, who are junked up from birth. They create trouble, breed, create more trouble, until the world looks like a wreck. This is the real decline - street kids, prostitutes, and illegal aliens. Otherwise kids have morals, and if they are good they keep them;
he entertains kids with music he entertains kids with music
There's no counterstrike for kids. If kids want to have it, they have to download it illegal
