A young kiwi chick tends to stay in the nest for only a week. It fends for itself after this time, but may stay in the area where its parents are for up to three years, before finding its own territory.

Hitler gave it to his soldiers in chocolate so they would be aggravated and be able to stay awake for a long time
I'm a taxidermist. When I want to stay awake at night, I drink a couple of Margaritas. Works all the time.
your natural sleep time.
Most gecko's are nocturnal, so check during the day if they are asleep, then at night if they are awake. if they stay awake all the time, consult a vet.
Kiwi live in population groups known as colonies. However, they do not socialise with other kiwi, and live in pairs with their own distinct territory, separate from that of other kiwi. Depending on the species, chicks only stay with their parents for a short time. They are old enough to leave the parents' territory when they are 4-6 weeks old. Southern Tokoeka may stay with the parent for up to 5 years.
Either one. But mostly, doctors let the mother stay awake so that they can immediately interact with their child. Doctors only put the mother to sleep if she has heavy, uncontrolled breathing and can't handle the effects of a local anesthesia (which keeps you awake) or if there is no time to wait for the local anesthesia to take place
It depends. Older children tend to stay awake longer, but coming from personal experience, they tend to multi-task. If you trust your child, he/she can stay up as long as they want. But you want to be sure you don't overstress your child, which can harm them.
A long time!!
