That depends; for you or for me?
I could do one in under a half hour if there are no complications. Probably closer to 15 minutes.
you gotta take the old one out first
oxygen sensor is located on the exhaust coming from the manifold.might have 2 . one on each side. to install a new one , unplug the wire and use a wrench or a special socket to remove or take it to a shop
Take it to the dealership.... Its real simple take the car jack it up take off the housing cover where the oxygen sensor is at then un plug the sensor, and replace...
You need to take a wrench to loosen the oxygen sensor, then you will need to disconnect the cord. Once you have done that you will then pull out the old oxygen sensor.
it is false economy to do that. the sensor is probably gone too,or on its way out. buy a new sensor. it will pay for itself in the long run.
the oxygen sensor or 02 sensor is usually located on you headers it should take a 5/8 wrench it will have two wires coming off of it.
you take it to the people to fix it.
how long does it take to install a heater core in a 2000 dodge neon
the oxygen sensor is on the exhaust manifold, to get to it you will need to take off the air intake box under the hood...you will see the sensor sticking out the manifold in plain view, against the radiator
you locate which O2 sensor is bad the upstream or the downstream the downstream is normally the one to go bad and you get a wrench I believe it is a 5/8 wrench and take it out of the exhaust follow the wire and disconnect it from the harness and install the new one
Take it to the dealer
take off your harmonic balancer the answer is behind
