∙ 14y agoOn The Sims 2 you can have twins with a cheat code. What you do is open the cheat console (Press Ctrl Shift and C together). Then type in the following cheat code: Forcetwins
Then press enter - but this will only work if you "try for baby" first. After the female Sim is pregnant, type in that code.
To have twins in The Sims 3, open the cheat console (Just as in The Sims 2, press Ctrl Shift and C), select the pregnant Sim and type forcetwins - and that Sim will have twins.
To have triplets, get your Sim the Fertility Treatment reward, make them read the parenting books (Totally Preggers: An Expecting Mother's Tale & Baby Incoming: Preparing With Vigilance) and have them listen to the kid's station on the radio. To have girls, eat three consecutive servings of watermelon, and to have boys, eat three apples in a row.
