Parents of child labour are mostly very poor and depend on the money of their child. They are mostly from very backward class and live in extreme poverty.
If the parents are divorced then it is between the parents if the child can go live with the other parent. At age 14 the child can choose witch parent he/she wont's to live with. If that other parent is not willing to let the child go live with that parent then it can be taken to court or just wait till the child is 18 and can go live on it's own.
no the child doesn't live w/ custodial parent....it goes to who child lives w/
No, but see the related question.
Not on taxes no. The parent the child lives with has the main right to claim the child. But if that parent can't or doesn't want to then the other parent can
If you work at night, a judge would probably think it would be better for the child to live with his or her other parent.
If you have joint custody, there is one parent that is the custodial parent. A child can move in with you if you are the custodial parent or you can file in court to change your status to the custodial parent. The child should want to live with you as well.
hi. what age can my son chose to live, with which parent
i think the parent has to let a child live at home until they are 18 unless they both agree the child can move out
i believe so
If it was given to the child, then no.
it is up to you if you want to grant your child permission to chose which parent to live with, in the state of NJ they do not give minors this power
no see links below
