When nobody has been to heaven, it is much better to understand that heaven and hell are not some physical domains somewhere distant in the stars. Heaven and hell are experienced when we come back to earth and we take rebirth. The scriptures say, as you sow shall you reap. Why does a small child suffer? Not because God is cruel, but because it is carrying its karma and thus, it comes back and suffer. Therefore, death is not the end, it's just a bend. It is much better to understand that heaven and hell are experienced right here on earth. Our good deeds or sins are recorded as per our karma and they will decide our destiny. Just like the seed we plant decides the fruit on the tree, the deed we plant decides our destiny.

∙ 11y agoIt is an excellent question. This is a matter of faith. People can be invited by others to have faith, but people cannot force faith on other people. The general belief is that the deity bestows faith according to his own will. Those people who have faith believe in such things as heaven and the afterlife in general; those without faith do not.

∙ 7y agoWe can not know. All we have is pious promises that if we believe and are obedient to the church, then we may go to the heaven that religious leaders promise us.
