How do people suffer from war?

Hello Snowangel, This is how I see it, Say you are normal people, you meet some one you like , get married, buy a house in which you live in and raise a family of four kids. You scrape , struggle and save, raise your children, get your vegie garden going, your fowl house going giving eggs each day, next thing you know, there is a foreign invader coming into your country, into your town, lobbing bombs, rockets and shooting and destroying much of your area, maybe even anihliating friends and family. Some people have worked 40 years to get this little bit together, then in short span of time its all gone ! You are now 70 years of age, you have lost your Partner, what are you going to do ? It doesn't look too good does it ? What did you do to deserve this scenario ? You were minding your own business ! And the same applies if you owned your own business for the past 30 years. Poof, it can be all gone in a matter of days ! Two or three Generations of effort and progress can be lost in the blink of an eye, so to speak. Why? Its sensless. That is how people suffer from War.
