No. Nor can a planet evolve into a star.
Gravity
All the inner planets are terrestrial planets.
The other planets are not similar to dwarf planets.
there are 9 planets
dwarf planets are smaller than regular planets

The humans evolved in 2000. They evolve if they visit other planets and survive without air. They evolve into a 7 foot tall green creature.
I am not familiar with planets evolving around any singular planet. If you are referring to orbit, the planets orbit the sun, a star, not a planet, in our solar system. Some planets have moons in their orbit.
It eveolved into a sun, at the centre, surrounded by a number of planets and dwarf planets (some with their own satellites), as well as asteroids, comets, meteoroids and "dust".
Evolution is an ever ongoing process, so yes they will continue to evolve. Whether they continue to survive depends on how well they adapt to the foreign environment.
Planets do not evolve in the Darwinian sense, but they do form and change over time. The model describing how they form is the Nebular Hypothesis, first formulated by Emanuel Swedenborg and Immanuel Kant.
the reason why we where created was the big bang causing the universe and planets to be created and with little bacteria on our planet it caused us humans to evolve
Most likely water and heat. Algae would grow, then things that eat the algae would evolve, and so on.
The amount of planets in spore is somewhere around 2000. But these planets are different than you friends' planets. And the planets will evolve over time, say: You place a creature on a planet, and one week later you visit the planet and you'll see that he has started colonies etc. etc. And all the textures and everything on the planets in the beginning are randomly made, so there'll be something different VERYWHERE! actually it's WAY more than that. i read that there is over 50,000!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! the grox alone control 2400 solar systems
Yes there is small bacteria on other planets which will eventually evolve over millions of years and turn to animals and then maybe some kind of human
No, Maractus doesn't evolve.
