You will need a 10mm nut driver or socket to remove the four screws that secure the lower dash under the steering column. Remove the lower dash and use a stubby Phillips screw driver to remove the screws in the black dashboard upper trim. Place the parking brake on place the key in the ignition and turn without starting and place the transmission in low to allow access to pull the trim out of the way. Remove the black trim and put the transmission in park and turn off the ignition. Remove the four Phillips screws secure the dashboard to the upper console and the dashboard can be moved to access the bulb sockets on the back.
