you don't. find out what the code means, and get it fixed. You cannot simply: unplug the light, it has to light for the preliminary inspection, and the code will still be there and will be found when they hook your car up to a scan tool; reset the car, the sensors have to reset the monitors before you take it in which will kick you out for the monitors not being ready.
Remove the negative cable from the battery for a few minutes then re-install
Chrysler does not have reset switches.
If the fluid is full then you have an electrical, or switch problem. You will need to have a service manual if you are going to diagnose yourself.

I have a 2002 Millenia-S and removing and reattaching the + battery cable does reset the check engine light.Answertry unhooking the positive cable to the battery...this works on my 97 millenia
