Starting with the many, many different kinds of animals scientists group the most similar together. At times they use information about how species evolved. Some species can be differentiated because they they cannot breed together.
Consider camels, for example. (Please see the link.) There are two species of camel. In many ways they are very similar; they differ in that one specied has a single hump, the other two.
Since they bear their weight primarily on their third and forth toes, have hooves, are herbivores and live on land they are grouped with pigs, hippopotamuses, llamas and other animals that have similar characteristics.
They bear live babies and the mothers feed them their own milk, so they are mammals like us.
They have backbones, so they are grouped with the vertebrates, like us.
And finally they are animals.
Scientists divide kingdoms into genus and then species
there is animal kingdom , protists kingdom , fungi kingdom , bacteria kingdom , and plant kingdom and the levels are kingdom , phylum , order , class , family , genus
The kingdom is the broadest classification of living organisms; they are subdivided into phyla. Some kingdoms, include plants, animals, monera, algae, and fungi.
different species
Plants and Animals
They help us directly divide kingdoms into several groups.
no
Plants and animals.
yes
The bronchi are passages that direct air into the lungs, which are the main organs of the respiratory system. Inside of the lungs, each bronchus divides into smaller and smaller tubes, resembling the branches of a tree. At the end of the tubes are the alveoli, which are the tiny sacs of lung tissue specialized for the movement of gases between air and blood.
Its a statistic, they guess. A good guess, but they still do.
The two kingdoms would be Animalia (for animals) and Plantae (for flowers, plants and trees)
Because they realized that not everything was plants and animals. For example, earlier, they characterized Kingdom Fungi as plants however when they searched deeply about it, they realized that there are some characteristics that aren't for plants (ex: fungi are heterotrophs - they can't make their own food). Hope this answers your question! :)
well it takes many kingdoms to divide the kingdoms
how the tribes anglo saxon divede england into 7 kingdoms
why does everyone keep putting so called answers up here that do not relate to the fv<king question at all?
becaus eit makes it simpler to know oh this is a bird. If he can say it is a bird you know a lot more about it
