it depends on where they live, if they live in the snow without an owner/wild they will bark or growl at you if they think you will hurt them. if they are pets, they do not need to much protection because they live in a house.
Well they can take on a pit bull because they have more fur a higher bite force and are pretty dirty fighters which means a pit bull would be in danger if a husky attacked it but the husky wil be in danger to because the pit bull is although a better fighter the huskies have more energy bite force and has much more fur
