Hello! well, for my information snakes find holes or burrous, and spend a long period in winter inactive. This is what we call "hiberation". We may find a group of snakes sitting in one cave ( we call this group " a hibernaculum). So, it's true to say that snakes spend the winter dormant.
that's all I have friend, I hope it'll help you a little...
Take care
Usually, yes. In the wild, their metabolism and appetite would slow down - as there's usually fewer prey animals around. In captivity - their normal 'body clock' will also slow (but not so dramatically).
With the reptiles in my collection, I generally feed them their last meal around mid-November, and re-start in the last week of January. Not only does this mimic their natural behaviour, it also gives their digestive systems a short period of rest.
no they ussually live under rocks and stuff
Besides the common denominator of molting anywhere from once to many times a year, it really depends on the location and species of the aforementioned snake.

Several different kinds of animals change their coats with the seasons. Ferrets, stoats, and rabbits are just a few examples of animals that change their coats with the seasons.
The seasons are already figured out . . . the seasons change on the equinoxes (days and nights of equal length) and on the soltices (days and nights are the most different in length)
