If a teacher knows one of their students has Synesthesia, they need to be aware of what type(s) he or she has and how it affects their learning. For instance, some students might have more trouble with math because they can't see how a black letter 'x' could equal a yellow number '3' in a certain equation. Or perhaps the student has a concept map/timeline that affects how they understand the alphabet or a number line. An example might be that they don't understand negative numbers as going backward in a number line ( ...-3, -2, -1, 0, 1, 2, 3 ...) because they have a number-line in their minds where negative numbers are on the right, the go left until they hit 0, then it turns up until 10, turns right again, and so on. That makes their number-line less of a line and more of a shape full of turns and angles.
Administrators should also be sensitive to this as well. Some students may not be able to concentrate in a specific classroom because of a teacher's voice (maybe it has a bad taste or it physically hurts them) and so they can't focus.
Teacher or administrator, all need to keep in mind that many synesthetes feel uncomfortable talking about their synesthesia, usually for fear of not being believed or of being made fun of. If a student comes to them and says they have synesthesia, that could be a huge step for them and they need to be treated with sensitivity and support. Also, take the student aside to discuss their synesthesia instead of mentioning it in front of the class.
All these things need to be taken into consideration when a teacher knows a student has synesthesia.
Teachers who know what their talking about.
Pedagophobia means the fear of teachers, but I don't know what it does.
If you feel a sudden, unwarranted connection between your senses, you are experiencing synesthesia. If this occurs often and is not apparent in your peers, it is very likely that you are synesthetic.
Not at all. Synesthesia has no disadvantages other than a synesthete doesn't know what it is like to percieve things normally. Synesthesia will only enhance sleep if anything. I should know - I am one lol. I'm not saying that the above isn't true. however, i think that it would be a matter of opinion.
well, make sure you're alone and carefully tell him that you have synesthesia... if he really does like you he'll understand completely and not push the subject. You may want to explain what type of synesthesia you have and how it effects your everyday life (as he may not know what it is).
If there is a need to tell your teacher you have synesthesia, (I'm assuming there is one, since you asked,) then you could start by explaining what it is. When the teacher understands, it should be easier to let him/her know that you have it.
Teachers can be ( you know whats), but without them, children will go crazy!!! It's hard to say, but teachers are the school's greatest gift. ( it should be us):
Synesthesia is a condition in which the senses mix together (for example some people with Synesthesia see certain colors for certain sounds, or hear different sounds for different colors, and so on. So smells can have colors for someone with Synesthesia. There is no definite answer I can give, for three reasons. One, you did not specify which type of odor in your question. Two, I, nor anyone I know has Synesthesia. Three, the mixing of senses for people with Synesthesia is unique for every person affected, so it is impossible to give a true answer.

Most teachers treat their brightest student the same only they push them a little harder. I know this because I am one of the brightest students in my class.
To educate teachers on how to determine learners(children and adolescents) ability and capability towards learning. It will help them also to determine problems occuring among children and adolescents regarding to intellectual and speech ability.
From experience, I know that children do not like having pretzels in their bags.
