Their blood pH level(Acidity) is obviously lower than ours. (The lower the pH level the more acidic a substance is-The higher the pH the less acidic a substance is) So considering battery acid has a pH of .5 and can burn through certain metals and the aliens blood seem to burn through many things I'd estimate the aliens have a blood pH level of about -5 through -10.
