The immune system fights off any diseases in the urinary system and the urinary system removes liquid waste from the body.

This above answer is somewhat correct but to be more in depth, when you take in any liquid, mostly water, sometimes you don't know where it has been. It could contain bacteria you don't want in your system. The immune system and kidneys work to make sure whatever bad things in it are killed. Or weakened. The urinary system extracts it when ready, so you rarely get sick from drinking bad water. Unless you have a bad immune system.

About 70% of the body's immune system is found in the digestive tract. The GALT (gut asscosiated lymph tissue) is made up of several types of lymphoid tissue that store immune cells, such as T and B lymphocytes, that carry out attacks and defend against pathogens (Germs/ Antigens). The immune system works to keep you well. Most of the time when it does not check the Vitamin D level with a blood test ( 25 OH Vitamin D) which keeps the immune cells balanced. There are 10X more immune cells called Microglia in the brain than Nerve cells. There are a lot of immune breakthroughs covered in Myvits.com . reference:Vitamin D, Thyroid hormones, and muscle mass influence natural killer (NK) innate immunity in healthy nonagenarians (A person 90 years old or between 90 and 100 years old ) and centenarians (One who is 100 years old or older). Inceasing evidence has demonstrated that the immune systemclosely interacts with other physiological systems (normal functioning of a living organism), whose communications are mediated by circulating cytokines and hormones. Cytokines-Any of several regulatory proteins, such as lymphokines, that are released by cells of the immune system and act as intercellular mediators in the generation of an immune response. The chief cause of Inflammation are food Allergies and the next ( #2 ) are imblance of micro organisms. This causes the immune system to release chemicals causing inflammation. An inflammed gut will lead to an inflammed brain which leads to premature aging. The chief sign of an inflammed gut is not pain but Bloating. B lymphocytes -a lymphocyte is derived from bone marrow that provides humoral immunity*; it recognizes free antigen molecules in solution and matures into plasma cells that secrete immunoglobulin (antibodies) that inactivate the antigens an·ti·gen -A substance that when introduced into the body stimulates the production of an antibody. Antigens include toxins, bacteria, foreign blood cells, and the cells of transplanted organs *humoral immunity-The component of the immune system involving antibodies that are secreted by B cells and circulate as soluble proteins in blood plasma and lymph. T lymphocytes - Specialized blood cells that recognize invading organisms (helper T lymphocytes) and destroy them (killer T lymphocytes).

The urinary and immune systems interact because if you have a parasite in your urinary tract, it can cause a disease that the parasite has to get into your immune system.
