These are three integrated systems. The respiratory system exchanges blood gases, the most important of which is supplying the body with oxygen. The cardiovascular system carries these gases to the individual cells. The muscular system (the heart itself is a muscle also) keep the body in motion.
They work together to keep the cells comprising the body alive by providing them with both nutrition and oxygen.
The nervous system works with the respiratory system to provide oxygen to the body's cells by activating the muscles of the respiratory system to move air into the lungs, which absorb oxygen into the blood, which is moved around by the circulatory system to all the cells of the body.
The parasympathetic part of the nervous system helps cause the stomach part of the digestive system to secrete gastric acid to help break down protein into amino acids, and the nervous system also activates the muscles of the digestive tract to move digested food through the small intestine where the digested nutrients are absorbed into the blood which is moved by the circulatory system to all the cells of the body.
There's not a lot of interrelation between the respiratory system and the muscular system. Muscles are used to expand and contract the lungs for breathing and breathing removes carbon dioxide and oxygenates the blood supply that goes to the muscles, that's about it.
The muscular system works with the skeletal system to enable movement.
The nervous system signals the muscular system to contract or shorten. The muscles are attached to bones. When the muscles contract, they pull on the bones producing movement.

The heart is the pump in the circulatory system.
