∙ 10y agoA rover is built and sent in a capsule on top of a rocket ship to Mars from a space center here on Earth. The rocket is launched so that it has perfect trajectory in order to land on the planet. At a certain distance, the rocket detaches from the capsule and the capsule lands on Mars. If the mission is successful, the rover will emerge from the capsule unharmed and will then begin to traverse the terrain of Mars.
