Go to the PC and open put your box. It should say the name you choose for yourself: like Chad's PC and go to the second option that says Ball Capsules. There you can decorate ball capsules with seals to put on your Pokemon. You can only capsules on Pokemon in your party and have to take the capsule off to switch out a Pokemon in a box. They don't delete though unless you tell it to. Try it out... have fun. All my party Pokemon normals have a capsule with their name and somekind of elemental coming out of the ball. Oh yeah and you can get letters by showing the boy in the middle house(near the ruins of Solence town) Unkowns.
