Influenza and all the other viruses move by natural factors, not by making and using their own ATP's. For example, viruses move in your body through your lymph nodes, blood vessels, etc. Outside, they may be carried by other animal's fur, saliva, or by wind or water source.

Influenza virus, like most viruses, is transported by the blood. However, unlike bacteria, which replicate by cell division like other human cells, viruses replicate themselves by taking over the nuclei of our human cells and injecting them with their own signals telling our cells to stop dividing and start making new virus particles. This is part of the reason that antibiotics generally do not kill viruses.
