How do you put detail under your question?

Unlike other question & answer sites, WikiAnswers does not have a function to put details about your question on the same page as your question appears. You can, however, add exposition and details in the Discussion area associated with every question on the site, and this is where it is recommended that such appear. WikiAnswers chose long ago to keep the question and answer page as clean as possible, but the designers knew that some questions need further details. The point here is that others can read the details you leave in the discussion area, and tailor the answer to the question, using those details. The focus remains on the question and the answer only.
