is it the lack of facility that makes the older people dependent
We don't connect it with above. Above has nothing to do with anything. Old people get angry and irritated because their bodies don't work the same as they used to - they can't see or hear as well - and people treat them differently just because they're old.

Depression and anger
no, been there. It definitely is not.
I liked an answer I just recently read: Depression is just anger without enthusiasm.
Anger and depression can be related, but they are distinct emotions. While some people might experience anger as a symptom of their depression, others may not. Both emotions can be influenced by underlying psychological and biological factors, so it's important to address and treat both conditions separately if needed.

Anger
The lack of facilities for elderly people in public spaces can lead to feelings of exclusion and frustration, which may contribute to depression, anger, and irritation. When they are unable to access these places independently, it can increase their dependency on others for assistance, which can further impact their mental well-being. Creating more age-friendly environments with proper facilities can help address these issues and improve the overall quality of life for elderly individuals.
Depression, Anger, Overwhelmed, the list goes on.
