you can get fiber from alot of different foods. Like celery and peanut butter, beans, or they have these fiber pills that you can take. look at alot of different food and you can find alot of foods with fiber in them,
Mostly from fruit, vegetables and grains such as wheat.

fibre is the indigestible part of plant which helps you in bowl movements.

it helps fight constipation and reduces risk of colon cancer.

there are other names for fibre such as roughage ,bulk, beta glucose.

Fibres are of two types the -

1) Soluble fibres - They help to prevent absorption of dietary cholesterol.

2) Insoluble fibres - They speed up the elimination of faeces.
