Yes dolphins were four legged animals, they evolved into what they are now. At first they were wolf-like creatures but they adapted to water. It's the same way with whales.
Sea Cows (Manatees) and whales are not very alike. Manatees are more like elephants than whales. But I do know that both manatees and whales both have evidence that they might have once had back legs. Also, they are both aquatic creatures very large in size.
Most whales will not eat manatees, but the killer whale is an exception. Killer whales will eat manatees, dolphins, turtles, squid, and other aquatic animals.
There are many different fields in Biology. A popular Biology field is Marine Biology. You can work with Killer whales, Manatees, and other sea creatures.
dolphins,whales, manatees
Sharks eat manatees and SOME people kill them.
manatees, blue whales, and the humpback whales. they are all pretty close
yes they do, they are fish, and sharks,or whales.
On the outside, the fins of a whale resemble the fins of a fish, because they have evolved for the same purpose. But when you look at a whale skeleton, the fins look like arms and hands. That's because whales are not fish, they are actually mammals that have evolved from land-dwelling creatures with four legs.
Dolphins and whales are mammals, as well as manatees and otters.
