They move like we do, just extremely quickly, crossing a fair amount of distance even in just the time it takes someone to blink.
In 'Flesh and Stone', we see Weeping Angels actually moving for the first time, these ones are weakened through starvation and can't move as fast as normal, but they are shown turning their heads and moving their arms.
They don't they believe in angels not weeping angels
Weeping Angel
Weeping angels are fictitious creatures from the fantasy series "Doctor Who". According to this story, they send people to the past, and feed on the energy that is liberated in the process. In one of the episodes they actually kill their victims, but that's not common for a weeping angel. Also, the weeping angels don't move while somebody looks at them - as long as somebody looks at them, they look like an unmovable statue.
Of course not, they are just statues, and the ones that move are actually people in costumes.
If the weeping angels or lonely assassins catch you, they will pull you back in time or break your neck

In 2008 with Martha the weeping angels were in it and in the 5th series of doctor who they WILL RETURN i think i know how if they are the same weeping angels that Sally sparrow faced then i think i know. When they defeated them in the house the light bulb was ON and every light bulb has to go out one day and the light bulb might of run out and the weeping angels can't see each other so they can move!!
They have the perfect defence. They turn to stone when you look at them and no one can kill a stone. When you arn't looking at them they can move but no one can kill anything they aren't looking at.
