Forest fires burn the habitat of native animals, killing huge numbers of them and destroying much of their food source. Many animals are badly burnt in the fire but escape often to die suffering.
Farm animals often die too, if they are trapped by the fire.
A certain species (of animals or plants) may live only in that forest and if it burns down they are killed or have no where to live. Or a certain animal species's food supply is in said forest then they have nothing to eat.
I would say all the animals. It destroys their homes and food sources. Any animals that get caught in the fire will likely die from intense burns and/or suffocation, if not be severely burned.
