Changing the radiator hose in the back of a motor requires the following steps:
It is important to note that when removing the old radiator hose you may need to use a pair of pliers to loosen the clamp. Additionally when replacing the new radiator hose it is important to ensure that it is securely connected to the motor.
follow the top rad hose from the rad to the motor and there it is.
remove top rad hose on motor and then the coolant flange the thermostat is under the flange
If you fallow the rad hose off the top of rad there will be a body that the hose is clamped on to at the motor it will be under there
Look behind the rad. Follow the lower rad. hose, its behind the cover. Have to take off the rad. to service it.
not hard, follow top rad hose, to end take out two bolts pull hose back thermo in end of hose pop out of hose and don't for get change gascket
Thermostat is on the back of the cyl head up at the bulkhead, follow top rad hose back and you will find thermostat housing.
Follow the upper rad hose from the rad to the engine and you will find it at the end of the hose, when replacing the thermostat, make sure the spring goes toward the enigne. It is under Thermostat Houseing. Just follow top rad.Hose away from Rad. Its under the houseing that the hose connects to on motor side of hose.
if you follow the upper rad hose towards the engine, where the hose attaches to the motor it is under that housing.
Follow the upper rad hose from the rad back to the engine. The part the Hose connects to on the engine is the thermostat housing. Remove it and the thermostat will be in there.
follow the driver's side rad hose back from the rad. you will find it mounted on the side
lower bottom rad hose lower bottom rad hose
on left side motor under throttle body look at top rad hose
