With the hood open, on the passenger side there is the overflow container for the rad. The cap might be pressurized if the engine is hot. You add the antifreeze there.
Drain & flush the system completely. Now add a 50/50 mix of antifreeze and distilled water until it is full. One gallon of antifreeze mixed with one gallon of distilled water should be more than enough.

Drain oil and replace filter. Add 5 quarts and check the level.
Make sure it's cool enough that when you squeeze the upper hose it's soft, so you can tell there's not a lot of pressure in there. Carefully open the cap, dump in the antifreeze.
