On the bottom of the phone is a little rectangular engraved marking. Just press on it, and lift the back cover. Be careful it feels flimsy, but it should come out fairly easy. Use your fingernails to pry it open. Don't force it, when I first tried it, I couldn't get it open, but eventually it just came off without forcing it all.
