For the 1994 model (B3000), you can't change just the bulb. You have to change the headlight assembly.
The highest watt headlight bulb you can use in a 2000 Mazda 323 is 65 watts. Most vehicles use a 55 watt bulb.

Push the spring towards the headlight and slide it downward gently. You should be able to remove the bulb.

You take it to the dealership or risk making the mistake of many other DIY headlight replacers and break the retainer clip that holds the bulb in the headlight assembly.
