Start engine, turn fan on high, set outlet to panel, temp to full cold. Press and hold the top and bottom buttons on the left side (washer and wiper?) The system should go into a self diagnostics with all of the light flashing. You now release the buttons and wait while it runs. After a couple minutes if you have only one light flashing you press it and you are done. If more than one are flashing then you have a failure and will need to take it in for service.
