2004 Owners manual says Interior fuse box, passenger side, fuse 7 (L window), 16 (R window). Both are 7.5A ratings. Sounds like a jammed rear vent window. Mine started doing the same thing recently. There are sounds that indicate the motor is getting juice, but the vent will not close on demand. My solution has been to drive around a bit. Once the van has been jostled enough, the vent will close again. That suggests a wire with a short -- somewhere.

This movement indicates that the power rear window motor has been successfully initialized.Verify correct operation of the power rear window by moving the window to the fully open, vent, then fully closed positions. If the window does not operate correctly, carefully repeat this procedure.NOTE. You will need to close the door after step 6.
