Remove the inner door panel. There will be an arm that is or in this case is not attached to the handle. There are two rods: one upper and one lower. Pull the top rod down to unlatch the top catch and pull the lower one up to unlatch the bottom catch. Hope this works.

Hi, I know that you can open them manually if they are stuck closed, problem if driving at night. Just behind the grill, there is a mechanism to manually operate the doors. You can see it and get to it easily by crawling underneath. However, it sounds like you need a new motor for the doors. These are pretty easy to come by at a salvage yard or possibly on ebay. rtalk7
you do not operate choke chokes have different settings for different shot spread and pattern you can change this if the gun has changable chokes if changable the choke screws off and you screw different choke on Yes you do operate this choke, I own one.! It has markings on side. Its what is called a poly choke You can crank it closed for Full choke or twist it open Hope this helps
