You shouldn't be concerned with ACTING like anyhting. Just be yourself. However, if your parents don't agree with how you want to express yourself, try and compromise the lines by which you could show your inner self, such as a weekend wardrobe or extracurricular activities. Be open to other people and you'll meet others who like the same things as you. Then, if they're smart, they'll recognize you as a tomboy

Being a high school student, I wear uniform, a rucksack and black or white trainers, (such as tennis shoes, vans, plimsolls etc).
