Why isn't my gameshark working with Pokemon sapphire visaul boy advance?
It's the same with mine! None of the gameshark codes I've found work on my visualboy sapphire version.

The Problem is the Master codes of the gameshark code ok EF but the game still not change anything when the code is on to play. it can say totally no effect at all in my PC when I'm play.

Well it depends... If you're playing on a PC via Visualboy Emulator, You'll just copy the code and paste it.. I'll teach you if you do. First.. Download Visualboy Advance on www.4shared.com Next.. Also Download Pokemon Crystal.gbc on www.4shared.com Next.. Just search the internet on how are you going to get the codes e.g. Infinite Pokeballs.. Easy Catch.. Infinite PP.. etc. Then Open Visualboy Advance. Choose "File" then Open Pokemon Crystal. After the game has started, choose no the taskbar "Cheats" Then Open "Cheat list..." Click "GameShark Code" and that's it. If you're using GBA or GBA SP, you'll have to buy a Gameshark device in order to use the codes. Hope it help.. ^_^
