IVe had the same problem. I love the game so much as I played it at my friends house. So I bought portal 2 from eb games for 37$ but when i took it home to my pc it says it requires me to link my playstation account to steam and also activate portal on steam. I went back to eb games and he said you needed a psn 3. So lame right. So sadly u simply cant. Instead I bought portal and it was 13$ it worked fine. Portal isn't portal 2 but it's better than nothing.
