Buy a kit from auto parts or Wal-Mart comes with instructions
R134a
Theses figures are for a 1998 to 2002 model. 1.5 lbs or .68kg. Basically two standard 12oz cans. If system has been opened you need to add oil.
The 134a plus just has PAG oil added already, so that you (theoretically) don't have to add it after adding the R134a.
R134a
add r134a to the service port
R134a
R134a R134a freon and also don't forget to add oil as well..........
You add it very expensively as it is the cost of gold. You will have to retrofit the system to R134A.
i looked it for my 1999 Pontiac transport.....i got this from best buy website Radio Radio fit: DIN Kit needed: Yes Front Speakers Front Doors: 6-1/2" Speaker bracket needed: Yes Speaker harness available: No Rear Speakers Tailgate or Rear Pillar: 6-1/2" Speaker bracket needed: Yes Speaker harness available: No Add-on Amplifiers Audio cables needed: Yes Power kit needed: Yes
It uses R134a. It is added to the low pressure side. As you have neither the specialized equipment or the expertise to do this correctly, I suggest you take it to a professional. You have a leak that needs to be fixed or you wouldn't need to add any.
Your need to add more r134a Freon. When the levels are not sufficient to cool both sides the car default sends all the cold air to the passenger side and not the driver's side.
