first you wait until 8 pm is there on your clock for ds and the press Pokemon platinum panel if you have cut you go to the old chateu west OS eterna city and go inside it go upstairs and go into to the first room on the left go to the tv and it wil ask if you want to go inside it press yes and then rotom will appear it either you catch him or kill or run.
