To make links that are actually "in" the video, you have to use video annotations. Select the appropriate annotation, and it will allow you to apply a link to it. Please note that you are currently only permitted to post links to pages on the YouTube website, such as another video, channel, etc.
1. Login to your YouTube account.
2. Go to Video Manager (and a list of your videos will show up).
3. Click the "Edit" option of the video you like to place a link. Then you are directed to the "Info and Settings" interface.
4. At the "Info and Settings" tab, find the "Description" field and type in the link/s you want to place. Be sure it starts with an http:// for it to work. Do not start with www or it is not clickable.
5. Click "Save Changes" and that should do it.
6. To view the changes you'd made, click the "View on video page" button and it will then show you the video with the link you'd just placed on the description.

Adding a video onto YouTube is fairly easy as long as your video does not violate any of YouTube's policies on copyright and "appropriateness". If you have a video file that you made, then you are automatically eligible to upload it onto YouTube by logging into your YouTube account and using the "upload" button next to the YouTube search bar.
Once you upload a video onto YouTube, it cannot really be edited any more. You can only add annotations to the video, add branding, and/or replace the audio of your video with pre-approved YouTube audio. If you want to trim a song (which might still get you a copyright strike), it would be best to do it in video editing software before uploading the video onto YouTube.

It's easy! For Example, you go on youtube, and you pause the video and up the top you copy and paste the link. If you wanted to put a link of this website onto facebook you'd comment on a comment with the link.
No, your video must be uploaded onto YouTube before you can add any annotations to a YouTube video. It shouldn't be much of a problem however because adding annotations should hopefully only be a very small part of your video(s) and can also be done fairly quickly and can also be edited.
