You need to scan both pictures into a computer and then manipulate the images with something like Photoshop which is an expensive and complicated professional graphics tool.
There are probably other programs that do the same thing, and if you search the web you might find something less expensive or even free. Search under Photo manipulation software, or similar terms.

∙ 15y agoSelect the element of the first photo that you want to put into the second (have both pix open at the same time in different windows). Selection is done by rectangle, or you can use the lasso selector. Then press "Control and C" at the same time to copy your selection. Click on the second picture. Press "Control and V" at the same time to paste your selection from photo 1 on to photo 2. You can then alter the position of your photo 2 selection on the photo 1 display. Choose "Flatten image" to produce one photo. Make sure to "Save As" before you do this, or you will have altered Photo 1 permanently without a way to change it back.

First you have to render the image of yourself from the background, usually using the pen tool. Then you save the image as a PNG file so the transparency remains. Then you add the rendered image into the other photo and there you have it
