There's 2 ways but use a push button not a toggle one way is to run accesory hot (has power when key is in run or turned all the way back) tovyour starter and send the ground wire to the button but that way drain the battery with newer starters the second and easiest method is to take the wire off the ignition that says or is color coded to be "start" "starter" or on foreign made privately imported vehicles "false run" connect it to one terminal on the push button then run a wire from accessory hot (ex above) to the other terminal on the switch then turn ur key one click like normal then instead of turning the key to start the driver just holds the button till the engine starts
I bought what is called an "Add A Circuit" fuse link. This thing has two slots for 10 amp fuses and plugs into the "Door Sw Defeat" fuse slot. It also has a wire coming off it to add another line to it. What I did was pull the 10 amp fuse out, plugged in the Add A Circuit and plugged the fuse into the second opening of the new dual fuse holder. Then I installed a toggle switch under the dash near accessible only when the glove box is open. From the toggle switch, I connected a ground wire to it, grounded that to an existing metal screw, and the other wire connected to the wire coming from the dual fuse holder. Flipped the switch and the light turns off. The total cost was, $1.19 for the toggle switch and about 5 bucks for the Add A Circuit connector. Piece of cake! Good luck! I think there are too many circuits to put them all on one switch. My High beam switch failed so I isolated the wire and ran it to a toggle switch. Although because I'm running Hella H4 headlight replacement with 80/100 watt bulbs the toggle heats up a bit when used. Here's a site that shows how to add headlight relays so you eliminate the full headlight wattage from going through any type of switch you have. http://www.danielsternlighting.com/tech/relays/relays.html
the same way you'd install any toggle switch. run your lines from the battery and the ignition to the power and remote switches on the amp. if you follow the directions on the box and the amp doesn't shut off because you've inadvertantly hooked the remote switch to the clock power or some constant source, then take whatever switch you have and simply add it inline between the battery and the amp. blaow. have a gin and tonic and sit in the car and wwitch your amp off and on. it'll be awesome.
Yes , have to change front axile and add transfer case, support. have completed 2
Yes
The fuse to remove is fuse 4 (10 Amp) from behind the glove box. Or on a 2004 model leave the fuse in place. The lights will come on with the ignition but turn off automatically after about ten minutes. Take out the glove box. You will see the fuse box. Beneath it should be a fuse chart. Look for "Door Sw Defeat." Removing that fuse will shut of the dome and under dash lights. I'm going to put in a switch coming off of that wire. This is based on my '99 but I bet it can't be too much different. Any of the Jeep aftermarket catalogs sell a couple of options: 1) an actual dome light bypass switch which mounts right under the glove compartment area - $25, OR 2) a pair of dome light switch depressors - $10 The latter is a very simple solution - it's just a clip that fits over the spring-loaded switch on the door frame and keeps the switch depressed just like the doors would when they are not removed Try out http://www.quadratec.com/ I bought what is called an "Add A Circuit" fuse link. add r134a to the service port
To put a hat rack on a plaster wall, you would need toggle bolts. Toggle bolts expand behind the wall to add more protection. Using these bolts instead of screws will let you add hats without the fear of falling off the wall.
The 1994 Jeep Grand Cherokee does not have a fuel pump shutoff switch or a fuel inertia switch as a standard item on the vehicle. The shutoff switches are often available as an aftermarket add-on or in new vehicles.
Yes there are that is why it is a starter unit.
