On your profile choose Following. On the black top bar, top right, click the small white pencil. That opens the categories. Click categories, then Next which opens the Expert Statement boxes. Type expert qualifications. Save after typing in the statements.
Expert opinion can be defined as the statement from a specialist on a specific subject.
Its a font called "Expert Sans"
You could add the prefix in- to it to make the word inexpert.
Currently we allow for our expert users to add rich media & links to their Answers contributions. Expert users are authoritative contributors in their respected categories. Feel free to contact us if you are a candidate as expert within an Answers category.
After you choose which categories you're an Expert in on your profile, the Answers staff will review your Expert statement, and make you an Expert in the categories for which you qualify. If you aren't sure, please message a Community Assistant, such as myself.

The idea is that a layman is one who is not an expert in a given area.
This statement has to be false because the amounts do not add up to 100. They only add up to 90.
To transform a statement into an exclamation, you can add an exclamation mark at the end of the sentence. For example, "It is a nice day." can be transformed to "It is a nice day!" by adding an exclamation mark. This helps convey excitement or emphasis in the statement.
Take it to an expert. You are not qualified nor do you have the equipment to do this.
This is probably just a note in the written record about who was at the hearing. In this case, a "vocational expert," (i.e., an expert in job-related issues) was at the hearing, but did not give testimony (i.e., did not speak or provide a written statement).
