To add fringe to the edge of a finished crochet project, cut as much yarn as you want at double the length, fold yarn in half lengthwise, pull the looped end through the stitch where you want to attach the fringe, and pull the loose ends through the loop and pull tight.
Add the 2 amounts together or take the item to the check out counter and they will tell you the cost of the item including the tax when they finished and ready for you to pay for it.
The advantages of fringe benefits to the employer is that they can get away with paying you less and add in fringe benefits instead. The advantages to the employee is that they can add something special like a car, medical benefits, or vacation that make the job more desirable.
When you want an item put your curser on the button "add to cart" and do that with each item until done.

When you click that it will bring you to the IMVU product page and you can simply click the "add to giftlist" link under the item.

When there is nothing more to add
You simply multiply the tax rate with the item's original cost and divide by hundred, to get the tax. Then you add that to the original cost, to get the total cost. In Java you use + to add, * to multiply, and / to divide.
