The only images that can be displayed on Message Boards are those uploaded onto the Answers/WikiAnswers server. You can display them by posting the URL in the message.
The easiest way to find suitable images is to browse Answers.com or WikiAnswers.com.
If you're talking about pictures such as smilies, no there isn't smilies to post on others message board, I'm afraid. It's standard text at that point. Below is a list a some pictures you can post.
