best to take in in to the shop and have it done as they have headlight alignment tools to do the job properly.
There is a bolt with a torx bit head on it behind the headlight if i remember right there should be two of them one is for up and down the other is for in and out.
Pull your car up to 10 feet from your garage door with the lights on so you can see the reflection. Open the hood. On the headlight assembly you will see a hex head bolt in the center. (There is a slightly smaller one to the outside of the lamp, this is to remove lamp) Adjust the center one clockwise or counterclockwise to raise or lower the height of the beam. Adjust beam to be one foot lower than straight out on the garage door.

get a set of stick on beam deflectors. these deflect the beam from left to right for European contries. to adjust the light them selves you cant you would have to get a pair of European headlights for that.
