The onboard computer constently moniters engine systems such as EFI, (electric fuel injection) from input of all of the sensors on the engine, ie; O2 sensor and automatically makes changes to the fuel & ignition system. Some vehicles have an adjustable fuel pressure regulator however the fuel pressure must be checked to see if it is within manufacturers specs. To answer your question there are no adjustments. If you are having a driveability problem then the vehicle needs to be diagnosed with a scan tool. This will show where the problem is. In most cases a malfunctioning sensor is the culprit.
