These carburaters are troublesome,I had to replace,Nissan dealer told me that they couldn't be rebuilt cause they are a two part carb., and you cant get into bottom,they told me they couldn't rebuild and give a gaurantee,so i went online,found weber carb. direct and bought a weber 32/36 carb. kit,the vacuum lines are modified,these carbs. are better than oem,I love it,I also bought a remanufactured jasper engine,Iwould junk your carb. and get aweber,to see mine,go to you tube and look up 85 Nissan 4x4 silverbullet,Ihave 2 videos,leave a comment,before I went to Nissan,I had 3 different companys try to rebuild oem carb. and it couldn't be done,just let me know and we will get it right.
