inside the truck box there are two bolts that hold the tail light in. Remove these bolts and the entire tail light assembly coems out. If you have a bed liner you will have to remove it first to get to the bolts

Vacuum boosters can be found only on models equipped with power brakes.
REMOVAL & INSTALLATION
See Figure 1
Some 4wd models may have two extra brackets that must be removed when removing the brake booster.
To install:
The sequence for bleeding is as follows:
1980-86 (720D series): NLSV, rear wheels, front wheels.1986-88 (D21-D series) equipped with LSV: LSV air bleeder, left rear wheel cylinder, right rear wheel cylinder, left front caliper, right front caliper.1986-88 (D21-D series) not equipped with LSV: left rear wheel cylinder, right rear wheel cylinder, left front caliper, right front caliper.
Brake fluid picks up moisture from the air. Don't leave the master cylinder or the fluid container uncovered any longer than necessary. Be careful! Brake fluid eats paint.Check the level of the fluid often when bleeding, and refill the reservoirs as necessary. Don't let them run dry, or you will have to repeat the process.
Attach a length of clear vinyl tubing to the bleeder screw on the wheel cylinder (or master cylinder). Insert the other end of the tube into a clear, clean jar half filled with brake fluid.
If the brake pedal is depressed too fast, small air bubbles will form in the brake fluid.
30 weight good all around oil whether you want synthetic or otherwise.
If the noise goes away when the clutch pedal is pressed down, then the problem is most likely the clutch throw out bearing.
It may be the stainless steel shrouds on the exaust pipe. My 1994 truck will rattle when the engine is at a certain speed. The screws holding the metal together have begun to rust out, and the loose pieces are making the rattle. My 1994 truck does just the same. About 3 years ago I was advised by the dealer to replace the timing chain immediately for about 1600.-$CDN (typical advice for a female...) and shrugged it off ever since. I just replace the engine oil more often. I read a few times that the models around 1994 have a slightly lose timing chain causing the intermittent rattle but are of no major concern. I will post again if my engine blows up after all....
Regarding pool: a liner refers to an in-ground or above ground pool that uses a Vinyl Liner to hold the water. The liner is a custom fit to the shape of the pool, in-ground pools utilizes steel, or composite walls to hold the earth back and the floor can be a thin concrete or a sand bottom.

Forgot to measure - will do so tonight GD
Sorry, the H190 diffs are on cars at present. I have a couple of the Australian alternatives that I could measure.
They are both off Stanzas, with the Borg-Warner differential mounted from the rear of the axle, through it, and the flange to flange distance is 1280 mm. This is from the outside of the axle bousing where it bolts flush onto the brake backing plate.
The H190 diffs are in my Stanza and 720 rear ends. The Stanza banjo housing MAY be the same width as the Borg-Warner one. The track of the tyres on the ground is unchanged.
That's right, the 720 ute/SUV has the same differential H190 (something, depending on vehicle equipment levels) H190A, H190AL, H190*2 etc, in ratios from 5.1 down to about 3.8
DOES THAT PROVIDE YOU WITH ENOUGH INFORMATION ?
0.012 on both int. and exh. When hot! This value is not valid on a cold engine.
Your e.brake cable is stuck on your secondary brake shoe, your cable probaley is bad.
No, the ATP light comes on when the transfer case is in Neutral and the transmission is in Park. It's there to alert the driver that putting the transmission in Park will not prevent the vehicle from rolling since the axles are disconnected from the transmission's park pawl.
If the transfer case is not actually in Neutral, then it's just a sensor glitch.
This light indicates that the automatic transmission parking function is not engaged. If the transfer control lever is not secured in any drive position while the automatic transmission selector lever is in the P (Park) position, the transmission will disengage and the vehicle may move unexpectedly. Shift the transfer control lever into the 2H, 4H, or 4L position when the warning light comes on.
