There is NO adjustment. It is adjusted automatically through the hydraulic slave cylinder. Probley time for a NEW clutch kit.
First adjust the knurled adjuster at the lever all the way in then adjust the cable at the lower end until there is 1/2" or so of free play at the lever.
i have a 1983 Chevy k10. it uses GM corporate 10 bolt axles with 2.73 gears
It should be down below where the slave cylinder connects to the tranny
No, it is mounted on the engine block.
That's what the gas pedal does.
If it has a v-lsd it will.
As i believe, from experience of owning one, 1984 is when the hydraulic clutch came into place. You shouldn't need to bleed the clutch on an 83' S10. Not unless its not the stock transmission.
yes 1973 to 1983 will work because this is before 1984 when wipers moved to the column in the full size trucks. it will bolt right in directly. good luck
Sounds like you need to adjust the linkage.
They generally bolt the ground cable directly to the engine block.
The same way you would for brakes. Pump the clutch 4 or 5 time and hold down then open the bleeder valve to release the air. Is it the 2.8L V6 motor?
i would like to know the same thing we have an 1983 k10 stepside it only has 6 boards and i cant find any demensions for this truck
