Yes, by use of the ignition key in lock on side of dashboard by drivers door.
Push to close, pull to open
Open the drivers side door and between the hinges you will see the label which shows the tyre pessures. You will see that there is a code written on the label and this information can be used to get your bodywork colour. on my 2002 picasso there is a key slot on the end of the dash located on the passenger side, open the door and you will see it, use your key to turn it off

You can't. But you can disable it. In the door there should be a place where you can put your keys into. Turn it. Well Done. Airbag Disabled
Keep the the lock botton pressed for several seconds (2sec). A message will appear on the screen to confirm the new settings
open the passenger door there is a key slot there put the key in turn to the off position but don't forget to turn it back on
